# Token economics

Token allocation of 80.000.000,00 PVM is performed in the following proportions:

* **40%:** Capital equity mergers and acquisitions fund for business and revenue growth
* **15%:**  Platform, client and fintech services development and business partners integration
* **15%:** Foundation team
* **13%:** PR & Marketing
* **10%:** Privateum blockchain next generation platform development
* **7%:** Pre-sale and private sale
